Restorative Communication

Restorative communication is communication for healing. Some of the Basics are described in this short presentation. Attachment theory is also very helpful for understanding how we are able to relate with others. Our early experiences are, of course, very important. But human love to learn; we can grow and change. We are constantly re-creating ourselves. To my mind, one of the most important practices supporting healing, growth and wellbeing is daily meditation. Places to learning more about meditation include the Transcendental Meditation program, Centering Prayer, and tapes by Jon Kabat-Zinn.
